A key aspect of both mobileFOUNDATIONS’
solutions is that they use software agents to watch for specific
events that trigger their intelligent workflow
processes. These triggers can be data streams (telemetry),
changes in a data repository (database), messages from expert
systems, or direct human actions. This unique flexibility
allows our solutions to fit easily into a wide variety of
systems. Likewise, our solutions support a wide variety of
transmission mechanisms (e.g., PCS cellular networks or 2-way
paging networks) and communications devices (e.g., 2-way pagers,
